30 Day Kind Self Challenge

This program will take you on a beautiful journey of bringing more Self Love and Kindness into your heart and life. Wherever you are at, at this moment in your life, it is never too late to offer yourself Kindness, and the gift of Self Love and Self Care. When you meet yourself where you are with Kindness, compassion, and acceptance, you are able to understand and respond to your own needs, and live a more fulfilling life.

This program is perfect for you if:

  • You want to bring more love, care and kindness to your heart and life

  • You want to increase your sense of self worth

  • You want to change the way you feel about yourself and your life

  • You want to understand your needs better, and work on fulfilling them on a daily basis.

  • You want to increase and deepen the connection to your Self by becoming your best friend and supporter

  • You want to discover and understand your own unique ways of loving yourself more

  • You want to bring more compassion, understanding, and acceptance to your life

  • You want to shift your negative self talk into a more positive and loving one

  • You want to create a happier and more fulfilling life

How will you participate?

This journey starts from your commitment to show up daily, to nurture yourself, to be open and to receive this special act of Self Love that you offer to yourself with gratitude. You will be able to do this by reading the daily quote and inspirational post, and to undertake at least one beautiful act of Kindness every day.

Each day you will be able to journal every act of Kindness on the journaling page, and bring as many ideas of increasing the sense of love and care for yourself as you can. 

This program continues for 30 days, and you can repeat it as many times as you like. This means you can continue this journey for a year, or even longer!  Imagine how your life would look if you would do one beautiful act of self love and Kindness every day? How much would you have to share with others? And what kind of impact would you make on people around you?

An eye opening experience

This challenge has been so eye opening for me. It truly got me in the habit of thinking each day to do something nice for myself and be kind to myself in any given moment so that I had something to write about. By the end, it became second nature and I no longer needed my phone reminder. This month has been huge! This challenge combined with some other challenging situation has made me truly realise that I am the only one responsible for my happiness. It is up to me to choose me and put myself first and this truly is a blessing ❤️ I would love for the challenge to continue! It has been both inspiring and rewarding to read from others too 🥰
